Track Your Love Life Online

INTERNET (InfoPackets) --

Want to track who you've had nookie with, when you did it, and even how you did it? Interested in finding out how likely you are to contract an STD?

Okay, me neither on both counts -- but if this excites you (and no, I don't mean in that way), you can log on to MyBlackBook.org and chronicle everything that has happened to you between the sheets.

The website, according to its creator, Robert Ianuale, allows people to review their behavior in the bedroom and then "make changes in their life." And here I thought it was just a tawdry "adult" diary. Silly me! (Source: cnet.com)

Just who would want to record their love lives online, anyway? Over 1300 people have signed up for the site since its launch in April 2005. (Source: myblackbook.org)

After more than a year, that's not exactly the most overwhelming number.

Even though the main page of MyBlackBook heavily stresses how secure the service is, perhaps people are concerned that their private sexual details will somehow become exposed to the wrong set of eyes?

Those fears may not be entirely unfounded. When national banks are having problems with online data security, what does that say for a tiny sex journal site? (Source: cnet.com)

After all, as the old adage goes, nothing is ever truly private on the Internet.
